How We Work
We recognize that with the right people, structure, and systems in place, we don’t need to be in a studio five days a week. Today, we collaborate across borders through our production hubs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Mumbai. Talent has no borders, and we are devoted to supporting artists wherever they are located.
While we have a seamless, cloud-based work environment that can support artists across the globe, we love collaborating in-person. Between town halls, social gatherings, and working side-by-side in production hubs, we strive to build strong bonds in a hybrid office culture. These interactions create a distinctive opportunity to communicate, brainstorm, and obtain feedback from colleagues in a way that supplements our virtual meetings.

Culture
Everyone plays an important role at Spire. We have created a merit-based organization with minimal hierarchy. Every Spire employee is treated like an owner of the business, and we make sure all voices are heard. We hold weekly meetings to share updates and talk about the direction we’re going, while giving the team an opportunity to weigh in and ask questions. We want all team members to feel empowered in their role.
Micromanagement, tracking PTO, and big egos are not in our vocabulary. We trust our people to be good to each other and to make smart decisions. We have a no-asshole policy. We’ve seen this approach motivates and energizes our team, and that’s when great things happen.
